He joined the “Van Tuyl Auto Group, Van Chevrolet in 1991, beginning in Auto Sales for 16 months as top performing sales and then advancing to Finance Manager completing auto loans for their customers. He quickly moved to leadership positions negotiating sales in Vehicle Service contracts, life and disability and auto protection products, creating the highest dollar per copy available in the industry. He maintained accurate loan documents and performed as one of the “Top 10 Producers” in Finance Management, Insurance Sale, licensed in the State of Arizona.
New opportunity became available in 2001, leaving the auto industry, he opened Coebilt Homes Inc designing custom homes using Cad 3D computer systems and building over 108 custom homes throughout the Phoenix Valley including 78 homes in the northern Arizona town of Prescott. His custom home division, average sale prices ranged from the $200,000 to $3,000,000 with closed sales reaching $5.9 million per year. He work including setting up documentation for Commercial Construction Loans with banks and mortgage companies. Loans required plans, costs to build, appraisals and sale projections to acquire loan approval.
His commercial, residential and auto loan experience including his real estate banking led him to join the vision at Builders Investment Group LLC during the 2008 financial crises moved into the foreclosure market to rebuild equity and creating new jobs, increase productivity during the recovery of the US economy. During that time this allowed him to facilitate in multiple projects up to $41m REO sales and have jointly negotiated $83 mm in Commercial Note Reset for a local Arizona company. Greg has also helped negotiate and facilitated the closing of a $7 m Bank owned Town-home project in Carefree, Az.
